We will process orders within 7 working days. Made to order melts can take up to 10 working days to be processed. If your order contains made to order melts everything will be shipped together.

We use Royal Mail to send all our parcels.

Parcels are sent tracked, and once your order has been marked as dispatched you will receive your tracking number.

Simply add a piece (1 cube, 1 shape, 1 piece of snapbar) to the top of your wax melt burner or electric burner to melt

If using a tealight burner light a tea light (we recommend a 4 hour tealight) in the base of the warmer and allow the wax to melt and the fragrance to fill the room

Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep lit candles out of the reach of children and pets.

If you wish to make a return please email us at thefragrancysanctuary@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your items must be in the original packaging and in a unused condition to be returned to us.

We will accept returns for faulty goods only and not for disliking a scent, as this is a personal preference so for this reason we will be unable to process a return.

If returning goods return postage is at the buyers expense. Please keep your proof of postage until we receive your items back.
